The Tea Tree Gully 2019 Shiraz was produced from fruit grown in the Riverland area, South Australia. Following harvest, the fruit underwent a 7-day cool soak before fermentation. After 10 days of skin contact, the wine was pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 6 months prior to blending and bottling.
